Tariffs
Orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario in Canada.
All Goods are shipped Incoterms DAP: Delivered at Place
This means that Intelletto is responsible for delivery of the goods to the ship to address specified on your order. Intelletto has no obligations to pay import duty or carry out import customs formalities for the destination country. Please email us at sales@intelletto.com if you have any further questions or requests.
All goods shipped to USA are CUSMA certified and Intelletto submits US customs paperwork with proper HS codes, therefore all shipments should process through US customs with minimal processing fees. Nevertheless, we have no control over the process and additional charges that are sometimes imposed by US authorities.
Warranty
Intelletto Technologies Inc. warrants that products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) month starting from the date of purchase.
Intelletto’s sole obligation under the above warranty shall be to repair or replace products and parts during the warranty period. Intelletto does not assume responsibility for delays in replacement or repair of products or parts. Products and parts repaired or replaced by Intelletto under warranty shall be warranted for three (3) month.
Return Policy
Customer must initiate the claims process by sending an email to sales@intelletto.com requesting that Intelletto issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) before the end of the Warranty Period. Customer is responsible to return the defective unit to the return address specified in the RMA by Intelletto. Customer is responsible to pay the shipping cost for the return of the defective unit to Intelletto.
If inspection of the returned unit proves a product defect, Intelletto will repair or replace the Device at no cost and pay for the shipping of the repaired or replaced Device to the Customer at Intelletto’s expense.
If inspection of the returned unit under RMA does not prove a product defect, Intelletto will return the unit to the Original Owner at the Original Owner’s expense.
Any product returned to Intelletto without a valid RMA may be rejected, or disposed of at Intelletto’s sole discretion.
