Intelletto Technologies Inc. warrants that products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) month starting from the date of purchase.
Intelletto’s sole obligation under the above warranty shall be to repair or replace products and parts during the warranty period. Intelletto does not assume responsibility for delays in replacement or repair of products or parts. Products and parts repaired or replaced by Intelletto under warranty shall be warranted for three (3) month.
Customer must initiate the claims process by sending an email to email@example.com requesting that Intelletto issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) before the end of the Warranty Period. Customer is responsible to return the defective unit to the return address specified in the RMA by Intelletto. Customer is responsible to pay the shipping cost for the return of the defective unit to Intelletto.
If inspection of the returned unit proves a product defect, Intelletto will repair or replace the Device at no cost and pay for the shipping of the repaired or replaced Device to the Customer at Intelletto’s expense.
If inspection of the returned unit under RMA does not prove a product defect, Intelletto will return the unit to the Original Owner at the Original Owner’s expense.
Any product returned to Intelletto without a valid RMA may be rejected, or disposed of at Intelletto’s sole discretion.
